December officially marks the beginning of Preseason for Boys Lacrosse!! Many of the boys are involved in Winter sports, but for the boys who are not, they have begun working out with strength & conditioning led by Assistant Coach Leo.
Mondays & Wednesdays – Conditioning on the turf field from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays – Strength training in the weight room from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Saturdays & Sundays – Senior/Veteran-ran practices 11 am to 1 pm (available to ALL veterans, new players, and youth players)
