Another Tough Loss for Girls Varsity Tennis

Hillsboro lost a tough match to Tigard, 0-8, on 4/1.Camilla Fiscon, at #1 singles, pushed her opponent to 3 sets, losing in the third.  Ashley Balcazar and her partner Seira French, also took their match to a third set, going down in three at # 3 doubles.

Girls Varsity Tennis Team Falls to Newberg 1-7

Newberg proved to be tough competition at home on 3/31.  Maria Regalado and partner Deisy Camarena posted the only win for Hillsboro at #4 doubles.  They held on to the tie break in the second set to win their match in two sets.  Nice job ladies!

The Hilhi varsity softball team participated in their 3rd annual “teal game” vs. Glencoe HS tonight. The teal game is recognizing all who have been diagnosed, battled, or lost their life to ovarian cancer.
