Overcoming Adversity

The Spartans headed out to Hood River Valley for the Elks Invitational. They knew it was going to be a difficult tournament, but they didn’t know how adverse the conditions would be. Perennial 5A powerhouse  Churchill, ranked second in the state would be there along with other good teams and many teams with superstar individuals.

Spartans run wild over Wilsonville

Hillsboro moved their league record to 5-0 after a 51-27 win over Wilsonville. The Spartans remained unbeaten in their vision quest of a 35th league championship. Oregon Classic: Spartans reach third consecutive final

The Oregon Classic is unofficially the state dual meet championship. Hillsboro made their first ever trip to the finals in 2014 followed by a first place finish in 2015. Girls Soccer Signing

Congratulations to Brianna Miyama and Diana Santiago Paz for their commitment and scholarship opportunities. Brianna has committed to University of Portland and Diana has committed to Oregon State University. Both of these young ladies have been a huge part of the Hillsboro Girls Soccer Team making it to the 5A semifinals in 2014 and 2015.

Spartans strike gold at the Bretthauer Oil Invite

Hillsboro hosted the annual Bretthauer Oil Tournament on January 9th.
